Soy un whippet cruzado de 4 años y si pudiera resumirme en una sola frase sería: "mejor amigo profesional". Adoro a las personas, honestamente aún no he conocido a alguien con quien no quisiera saludar. Ya sea que sean familia, visitantes o alguien que veo en un paseo, estaré listo con una cola moviéndose y mi mayor sonrisa. También soy una chica divertida y juguetona. Mis juguetes son algunas de mis cosas favoritas y siempre estoy dispuesta a jugar o hacer un poco de carrera. Hablando de carreras... espero que mi nuevo hogar tenga un bonito jardín seguro, porque amo estirar mis piernas, correr rápido y simplemente disfrutar siendo yo misma, juguetona y feliz. Los paseos son otro punto destacado de mi día. Disfruto salir y explorar lugares nuevos, y absorber todos los paisajes y olores. Puedo tener compañeros de paseo caninos cuando salgo, pero en casa preferiría ser el único animal para poder recibir todo el amor y atención (y devolvérselo). Podría vivir con niños mayores de 11 años que entiendan que a veces podría necesitar un poco de espacio para relajarse después de todas mis aventuras. En cuanto a quedarse solo, necesitaré un poco de ayuda para adaptarme al principio. Períodos cortos de ausencia al comienzo me ayudarían mucho a sentirme seguro y seguro, pero con el tiempo y la paciencia, esto podría aumentar hasta aproximadamente 2-4 horas. Lo que realmente busco es un hogar donde pueda formar parte de la familia: ir de paseo, jugar con mis juguetes, abrazos y simplemente ser tu compañero fiel. Si estás buscando un mejor amigo amoroso, amigable y un poco hiperactivo... creo que podríamos ser perfectos el uno para el otro.

I’m a 4-year-old whippet cross, and if I could sum myself up in one sentence, it would be: “professional best friend.” I absolutely love people — honestly, I haven’t met one yet that I didn’t want to say hello to! Whether you’re family, a visitor, or someone I spot on a walk, I’ll be ready with a waggy tail and my biggest smile. I can be a little shy at first and takes me a bit of time to build my trust, so looking for a family with patience to take this at my own pace. I’m a fun, playful girl too. My toys are some of my favourite things, and I’m always up for a game or a little zoom around. Speaking of zoomies… I really hope my new home has a nice, secure garden, because I love to stretch my legs, run fast, and just enjoy being my silly, happy self. Walks are another highlight of my day. I enjoy getting out and about, exploring new places, and taking in all the sights and smells. I can potentially live with another dog pending a meet at the centre, i am looking for a friend that is a similar size and a calm role model I could live with children aged 11 and over who understand that sometimes I might need a little space to relax after all my adventures. When it comes to being left alone, I’ll need a bit of help settling in at first. Short leaving times to begin with will really help me feel safe and secure, but with time and patience, this could be built up to around 2–4 hours. What I’m really looking for is a home where I can be part of the family — going on walks, playing with my toys, having cuddles, and just being your loyal companion. If you’re looking for a loving, friendly, slightly zoomy best friend… I think we might be perfect for each other.
