Jamie is a clever little man, with so much potential to be a fun, active companion. He loves a cuddle, but also loves a good run around and play. Jamie's favourite activity is to get out and about for nice sniffy walks where he can interact with the environment around him, as well as having a good run around after a ball in our enclosed paddocks. Jamie can get frustrated on lead when seeing other dogs, but is working hard on this! Jamie will be a great adventure companion for an active family. This is Jamie - our beautiful 1.5-year old JRT. Jamie is a beautiful young boy, who is struggling in kennels. He would be looking for a loving home where all children are 8 yrs+. Jamie would not be able to live with another dog in the home as he is vocal and frustrated when seeing other dogs, so he does need some work on his dog social skills. Jamie would be looking for an active family that are able to keep his busy brain entertained - taking out on adventures, sniffy enrichment and lots of playtime. He does struggle being left alone, so someone would ideally be around most of the time while he settles in, so this can be built up gradually over time. Jamie is great with his handling, and loves a cuddle with his people. He loves his tricky enrichment here at the centre, and is very keen to learn new things! Jamie is a confident little lad and loves to explore new places, taking in all the sniffs and smells, though he can pull on the lead! He'll make a brilliant companion for someone looking for a young, active dog to do some training with!
