Hector y Jimmy son dos hermosos cruzados de Pastor Alemán que fueron rescatados por una buena señora que ya no puede mantenerlos. Cuando Hector y Jimmy tenían casi 8/9 meses, su rescatista los esterilizó y debido a sus problemas de salud tuvo que ponerlos en un refugio. Una vez que la señora se recuperó fue a visitarlos y se dio cuenta de lo deprimidos que estaban y cómo habían empeorado. Debido a su timidez, eran acosados por otros perros. Y aunque tenía limitaciones en lo que podía hacer, los sacó del refugio y los mantuvo en una habitación para asegurarse de que al menos estén seguros y bien alimentados. Esta habitación es literalmente 4 paredes sin vista, sin aire, sin vida... están encerrados día y noche. Dos almas pobres muy buenas que no han visto el mundo desde hace más de un año ahora. Hector y Jimmy tienen 3 años en octubre, es hora de que sus vidas cambien, es hora de que vean el mundo, no pueden seguir viviendo así. Sorprendentemente, a pesar de su aislamiento, son perros cariñosos, aman a sus humanos. Han sido probados con niños, perros y gatos. Su rescatista busca desesperadamente ayuda para encontrar buenos hogares para Hector y Jimmy donde puedan pasar y disfrutar el resto de sus vidas. Hector y Jimmy están muy unidos ya que solo tenían el uno al otro durante tanto tiempo, sería maravilloso si puedan ser rehogados por una sola familia amorosa y no tengamos que separarlos y romper sus corazones. Ambos están listos para viajar. Ambos están esterilizados, tienen el título de rabia realizado, y están actualizados con sus vacunas, tratamiento antiparásito y tratamiento contra pulgas y garrapatas... todo lo que necesitan es un hogar. Actualización marzo 2024: Jimmy y Hector han sido trasladados a una buena instalación de cuidado temporal para evaluación y rehabilitación. Esperamos que adquieran algunas más habilidades vitales allí, lo cual los ayudará a encontrar un hogar y a adaptarse más fácilmente cuando lo hagan. Actualización septiembre 2024: Los chicos están prosperando en la cuidad y han salido mucho de su cáscara. Son muchachos muy amables, grandes y dinámicos con mucho amor para dar. No serían adecuados para un hogar con niños pequeños ya que son tan vivos. Podrían ir felizmente a alguien experimentado con la raza. Actualización diciembre 2025- Los chicos están bien y aún buscan un hogar. Hector tuvo algunos problemas de salud en verano 25 debido a un brote de enfermedad en el lugar de cuidado donde está, pero estos ahora están completamente resueltos.

Hector and Jimmy are 2 lovely GSD mixes who have been rescued by a kind lady who can no longer keep them. When Hector and Jimmy were almost 8/9 month old their rescuer neutered them and due to her health issues she had to put them in a shelter. Once the lady recovered she went to check on them and realised how depressed they were and how they had deteriorated. Due to their timid nature they were bullied by other dogs. And although she was very limited in what she could do she pulled them out of the shelter and kept them in a room to make sure at the very least they are safe and well fed. This room is literally 4 walls with no view, no air, no life…they are locked in day and night. Two lovely poor souls who haven’t seen the world for over a year now. Hector and Jimmy are 3 years old in October, it’s time their lives change, it’s time they see the world they cannot carry on living this way. Surprisingly despite their isolation they are loving dogs, they love their humans. They are child, dog and cat tested. Their rescuer is desperately seeking help to find Hector and Jimmy good homes where they can spend and enjoy the rest of their lives. Hector and Jimmy are very attached as they only had each other for so long so it will be wonderful if they can be rehomed by one loving family and we don’t have to separate them and break their hearts. They are both ready to travel. They are both neutered, rabies titre test done, and up to date with their vaccinations, deworming treatment and fleas and tick treatment…all they need is a home. Update March 2024: Jimmy and Hector have been moved to a good board facility for assessment and rehabilitation. We hope that they will acquire some more life skills there, which should help them find a home, and adjust more easily when they do. Update Sept 2024: The boys are thriving in boarding and have come out of their shell a lot. They are very friendly big bouncy boys with love to give in abundance. They would not be suited to a home with small kids as they are so lively. They could happily go to someone experienced with the breed. Update December 2025- The boys are doing well and still looking for a home. Hector had some health issues in Summer 25 due to an illness breakout at the boarding place where he is, but these are now fully resolved.
