Keith is a proper foodie, which is reflected in his weight! He is on the larger side at the moment, so his new family will need to be mindful of his diet and help him shed a few pounds. Keith came to us with limited information on his background, so we aren’t sure how well he travels in the car and may need reminding on his house training. He’s a chilled out boy who settles well in his kennel, so he could eventually stay at home by himself for 4-6 hours, though this will need to be built up slowly at first. Keith will make such a wonderful addition to his forever family and we’re so excited for him to find his new favourite people. Meet Keith, a 12-year-old beagle who is looking for the perfect sofa to snuggle up on. Keith is an older lad who appreciates having his own space in the home, so his ideal family would be with children of secondary school age and above. He could live with another dog of a similar size or smaller, pending a successful meet here at the centre. Keith can be a bit vocal when approached by larger dogs while he’s out and about, so his new owners will need read his body language and manage his interactions. He’s a gorgeous boy with a heart of gold and we can’t wait to see him getting all the cuddles and fuss he deserves!
