Max would be best suited to an adult-only home or one with older teenage children who have experience with dogs. With moderate energy levels, he’ll enjoy regular walks and enrichment, balanced with time to relax. His ideal owner will be confident, patient, and committed to continuing his socialisation while giving him the the love and structure he deserves. Max is a lively and friendly Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross, aged 3 years and 10 months, who loves getting out and about to explore the world. He’s an excitable boy on walks, enjoying plenty of sniffing and taking in his surroundings, though he is strong and will need a confident handler. Max is very people-friendly and greets new faces with enthusiasm, forming bonds quickly. He enjoys a good brush and a fuss, but he’s also independent and enjoys his quiet time. Max can lead walk with other dogs and is selective with those he makes friends with, preferring smaller or female dogs if the interaction is handled appropriately.
