En julio de 2022, Murphy apareció fuera de la casa maltratado, desnutrido, con una mandíbula rota y muriendo. Lo llevamos a una jaula en el jardín de la casa y pasamos las siguientes semanas cuidándolo hasta que se recuperó. Hizo una recuperación completa a excepción de que tiene una sonrisa torcida pero eso solo le añade encanto. Ahora está en el refugio, feliz y saludable.

In July 2022, Murphy turned up outside the house abused, malnourished, with a broken jaw and dying. We took him into a pen in the garden at the house and spent the next weeks nursing him back to health. He made a full recovery apart from the fact that he has a crooked smile but that just adds to his charm. He is now at the shelter, happy and healthy.
