OJ llegó el 12 de agosto debido a un cambio de circunstancias. Es un chico dulce que al principio se muestra muy tímido con las personas nuevas, y le llevará un tiempo estar preparado para disfrutar de las caricias y la atención. OJ no salía a pasear en su hogar anterior, así que no ha tenido muchas experiencias en la vida, pero ya está progresando bien. Cuando llegó estaba muy cohibido, y necesitará mucho tiempo y paciencia para adaptarse a un nuevo hogar. Le cuesta mucho confiar en las caricias y necesitará aprender a aceptarlas a su propio ritmo. Preferiría un hogar que no sea muy ajetreado y con zonas tranquilas a las que pasear, al menos al principio. OJ necesitará convivir con otro perro que le ayude a ganar confianza al salir a la calle, o al menos tener compañeros de paseo habituales. No ha tenido contacto con niños, así que preferiría un hogar solo con adultos. También necesitará su propio jardín seguro para ayudar con el aprendizaje de la higiene en casa. OJ came in on the 12th of August due to a change in circumstances. He is a sweet boy who is very shy of new people at first and it will take him a while before he is ready to enjoy fuss and attention. OJ was not walked in his previous home so has not had a lot of life experiences but is already doing well. OJ was really shut down on arrival and will take a lot of time and patience to settle in a new home. He is very unsure of being fussed and will need to learn this at his own pace. He would prefer a home that is not too busy and somewhere with quieter areas to walk to begin with. OJ will need to live with another dog who can help him gain confidence out and about or at least have some regular walking buddies. He has not had experience with children so would prefer an adult only home. He will also need his own, secure garden to help with housetraining.
