Phoebe es una dama muy amable con una maravillosa personalidad. Llegó a nuestro cuidado como un perro perdido que requería tratamiento veterinario para su piel y oídos. Después de responder bien a su tratamiento, ahora está lista para comenzar a buscar su hogar definitivo. Ella busca un hogar con un jardín trasero seguro y privado donde pueda moverse, explorar y olfatear todo lo posible. Phoebe ama profundamente a sus personas y querrá formar parte de tu familia, es como una pequeña sombra que preferirá acurrucarse a tus pies en lugar de ir a su cama. Ella será tu compañero de vida fiel y devoto. Phoebe está en una dieta estricta y toma medicación diaria para ayudarle con una condición de piel que traía al llegar. Ha prosperado con esta medicación y está haciendo muy bien. Para minimizar su picazón, necesitará continuar con esta dieta y medicación, pero las conversaciones con su propio veterinario podrán manejar esto en el futuro. Le encanta dar caminatas y beneficiará de 1-2 caminatas por día, no necesitan ser largas pero disfrutará salir de la casa para olfatear y explorar, le encanta tomar su tiempo y pasear tranquilamente. Camina bien en la correa y ha mostrado ser amigable con todas las personas que ha conocido. Puede sentirse inquieta ante ruidos fuertes o repentinos, pero con un poco de seguridad se siente cómoda. Esto significa que preferiría un área más tranquila para sus caminatas sin demasiado tráfico. Phoebe ha mostrado sentimientos mixtos hacia otros perros, ha estado asustada y vocalizada frente a algunos durante las caminatas, pero también ha pasado junto a algunos sin problemas, esperamos que necesite más socialización con perros calmados durante las caminatas para construir confianza. Phoebe puede vivir con niños sensatos de 13 años en adelante y disfruta siendo parte completa de la familia. Es un peluche y hará todo lo posible para acurrucarse en tu regazo y recibir toda la atención que pueda obtener con sus pequeñas patitas. Phoebe is a very friendly, little lady with a wonderful personality. She arrived into our care as a stray requiring some veterinary treatment for her skin and ears. After responding well to her treatment she is now ready to start looking for her forever home. She is looking for a home with a secure, private back garden where she can mooch around, explore and sniff everything possible. Phoebe absolutely adores her people and will want to be part of your family, she is like a little shadow and will choose to curl up at your feet rather than take herself off to her bed! She will be your ever loving ride-or-die companion! Phoebe is on a strict sensitive diet and takes medication daily to help with a skin condition that she came in with. She has flourished whilst on this medication and is doing really well. To keep her itchiness to a minimum she will need to continue on this diet and medication but discussions with your own vet can manage this going forward. She loves going on walks and will benefit from 1-2 walks per day, they don’t need to be long but she will enjoy getting out the house to sniff around and explore, she loves to take her time and pootle about. She walks well on the lead and has shown to be friendly towards all people she has met. She can be worried by loud or sudden noises but with a little reassurance she becomes comfortable. This does mean that she would prefer a quieter area to go for her walks with not too much heavy traffic. Phoebe has shown some mixed feelings around dogs, she has been worried and vocal towards some on walks but has also walked past some with no issues, we expect she will need some further socialisation with calm dogs on walks to build confidence. Phoebe can live with sensible children aged 13+ and does enjoy being a complete part of the family. She is a snuggle bug and will do anything she can to curl up in your lap and soak up all the attention she can get her little paws on. She is playful and will bring you the biggest soft toy that she can fit into her mouth to show you just how excited she is.
