Potty trained Remus was abandoned together with his brother Romulus in a ditch, with no shelter and no food. So tiny, they never would have been able to climb out on their own — without rescue, they would have been condemned to a slow and painful death. Remus is used to living in an apartment and loves going on long walks — neither rain, nor cold, nor even very hot weather bothers him.
