Maravillosa Shandy ha estado con nosotros durante mucho tiempo. Shandy llegó a nosotros de Rumanía con el corazón roto y asustada de los humanos, con mucho amor y paciencia le mostramos que la mano humana puede ser amable y cuidadosa. Al tomar todo a su ritmo, ahora tenemos la más maravillosa, obsesionada con la comida, cariñosa y amorosa compañera. Shandy es la primera en recibir a sus amigos humanos para abrazos y atención, ver cuánto ha avanzado es una hermosa experiencia para nosotros. Tiene 7 años y lleva con nosotros casi 5 años ya. Nos tomó 18 meses poder tocarla y aún más tiempo mostrarle el mundo exterior y verla realmente florecer. En noviembre pasado, después de mucho trabajo y construcción de confianza, comenzamos nuestro trabajo de paseos con Shandy y nos ha sorprendido cuánto disfruta sus caminatas, su cola se mueve todo el tiempo y ama todos los nuevos olores de su nuevo mundo. Esta chica asustada ha superado sus límites y sigue creciendo y haciendo orgullosos. Su favorita absoluta es correr en el campo seguro con sus amigos caninos, revisando regularmente a sus humanos para recibir atención y un poco de conversación. Shandy aún puede ser cautelosa y tarda un poco en hacer amistades. Shandy necesita vivir con otro perro en un entorno tranquilo y paciente quien entienda que esto es un gran cambio para ella, pero mostrándole el amor que merece seguirá prosperando. Estamos muy orgullosos de nuestra chica Shandy, ha sido un largo camino hasta donde está hoy, pero su resistencia, valentía y carácter brillan claramente en sus hermosos ojos marrones. Shandy hará que el adoptante adecuado se sienta como la persona más amada de la tierra.

Wonderful Shandy has been with us for a very long time. Shandy came to us from Romania shut down and scared of humans, with a lot of love and patience we showed her that the human hand can be kind and caring. By taking everything at Shandy's pace we now have the most wonderful, food crazy, affectionate love bug! Shandy is the first in line to greet her human friends for cuddles and fuss, to see how far she has come is a beautiful thing for us to see. She is 7 years old and has been with us coming up to 5 years now! It took us 18 months to be able to touch her and even longer to show her the outside world and see her truly blossom. Last November, after a lot of hard work and trust building, we started our lead work with Shandy and she has surprised us with how much she enjoys her walks, her tail wags the whole time and she just loves all the new smells of her new world! This once scared girl has pushed her boundaries and continues to grow and make us proud. Her absolute favourite is running at the secure field with her dog friends, checking in with her humans regularly for fuss and a chat! Shandy can still be cautious and takes some time to make friends. Shandy needs to live with another dog in a calm and patient environment who will realise that this is a huge move for her but shown the love she deserves she will continue to thrive. We are so proud of our girl Shandy, its been a long road to where she is today but her resilience, bravery and character just shine through her beautiful brown eyes. Shandy will make the right adopter feel like the most loved person on earth
