Explicó que necesitaba urgentemente a un herrador porque su pony de 19 años, Sophie, sufría de pezuñas largas y sus pies necesitaban atención, había sido imposible contactar a su propio herrador. La dama sonaba desesperada y sentimos que necesitábamos ayudar si era posible y así se coordinó que uno de nuestros voluntarios visitara con nuestro herrador. Al llegar, encontramos a Sophie bastante incómoda ya que sufría de una condición...

Thank you!The story so far...Towards the end of May 2022, we received a call from an elderly lady asking for our help. She explained that she urgently needed a farrier as her 19-year-old pony Sophie was suffering from long hooves and her feet needed attention – she had been unable to contact her own farrier.The lady sounded desperate and we felt we needed to help if we could and so arrangements were made for one of our volunteers to visit with our farrier.On arrival, we found Sophie in quite a bit of discomfort as she was suffering from a cond
