Sweetpea is an independent lady who is mature enough to know what she does and doesn't like. She can be aloof, and wants you to make an effort to be her friend. But give it a few minutes chatting to her, and she's quickly won around. She accepts fuss on her own time, and does not appreciate being rushed. She really enjoys visitors to her pen and getting attention, but does prefer hands to be kept to mostly to themselves until invited. She is also happy in her own company so ideal for a working family. Sweetpea has had no experience with cats, and until we are able to properly assess her suitability with them, we are looking for a cat free home. She has lived with, and was happy with, dogs. So she would be suitable for a home with cat friendly dogs. She would be OK with older children who understand how to read a cat's boundaries.​​
