Adoptar a Teddy and Trexie

Trexie y Teddy han estado en nuestro cuidado durante algún tiempo. Nuestra cuidadora está buscando mudarse y por eso necesitamos encontrarles urgentemente su hogar perfecto para siempre, también podríamos considerar una situación de acogida con las personas adecuadas y configuración. Lo que estamos buscando para ellos es un poco inusual ... Trexie y Teddy no son un par unido en el sentido verdadero de la palabra, pero han vivido literalmente uno al lado del otro durante un tiempo en cuidados temporales. Ambos parecen disfrutar de esta disposición de tenerse mutuamente como compañía, sin que se vea invadido su propio espacio, por lo tanto, idealmente buscamos a alguien que esté contento y sea capaz de replicar lo que tienen actualmente (esto se puede ver en el video de abajo). Agradecemos que este conjunto con todo lo que tienen pueda ser bastante costoso y posiblemente desaliente a algunas personas - pero como la cuidadora actual no tiene intención de seguir cuidando conejos en el futuro, está dispuesta a que lleven la mayor parte de sus pertenencias consigo, lo que hace que el traslado sea mucho más fácil. Por lo tanto, lo único que realmente necesitas es experiencia en el cuidado de conejos y un espacio suficientemente grande para instalarlos. Ambos tienen personalidades encantadoras y son personajes reales. Están establecidos en una rutina y son relativamente fáciles de cuidar y se divierten solos, sin embargo, disfrutan de la compañía humana y les encantaría y beneficiaría tener más de lo que tienen actualmente en su hogar de acogida. Teddy es un gran hombre guapo, cariñoso y gigante tierno. Y Trexie es una linda y sassy liebre con pelo loco. Aman sus nuggets de excel, readigrass y verduras diarias y tienen especial predilección por una buena selección de hierbas. Son muy divertidos cuando reciben sus golosinas de la noche, como puedes ver en el video. Realmente son encantadores y su cuidadora estará triste al verlos ir, pero realmente necesitan un hogar para siempre. Sería maravilloso si pudieran recorrer un poco la casa, bajo supervisión, para que puedan tener realmente más espacio para correr. Teddy en particular es muy saltarín y sabemos que haría increíbles binky's con un poco más de espacio para correr. Obviamente, si tienes experiencia en la unión de conejos y un espacio neutral para hacerlo, sería genial que se unieran. Como una sucursal gestionada por voluntarios, nuestra cuidadora no tiene el espacio ni la experiencia para hacerlo. Sin embargo, si la unión no fuera posible, aún querríamos que tuvieran su hogar para siempre con alguien dispuesto a acogerlos en su actual configuración "uno al lado del otro". Trexie and Teddy have been in our care for some time now. Our fosterer is looking to move house and so we really need to find them their perfect forever home as soon as possible - we may also consider a foster situation with the right people and set up. What we’re looking for for them is slightly unusual… Trexie and Teddy are not a bonded pair in the true sense of the word, but they have lived literally side by side for some time in foster care. They both seem to like that arrangement of having each other for company, without having their own space encroached on - so we are ideally looking for someone who is happy, and able, to replicate what they have currently (this can be seen on the video below). We appreciate that this set up with all they have can be quite costly and may put people off - but because their current fosterer isn’t looking to foster rabbits in the future she is happy for them to take most of their belongings with them, making the move much easier. So all you really need is experience of looking after rabbits and a good sized room/space for them to be set up in. They both have lovely personalities and are real characters . They are settled in a routine and are relatively easy to look after and happy to amuse themselves , however they do enjoy human company and would love and benefit from more than they currently have in their foster home. Teddy is a big handsome, loveable gentle giant. And Trexie is such a cute little sassy bunny with crazy hair! They love their excel nuggets, readigrass and daily salad greens and are especially partial to a nice selection of herbs. They are so funny when they get given their bedtime treats too, as you can see in the video. They really are delightful and their fosterer will be sad to see them go, but they really do need a forever home. It would be lovely if they would be able to free roam a little in the house, under supervision, so that they could really have some space to run about a bit more. Teddy in particular is very bouncy and we just know he would do some amazing binky’s given a bit more space to run! Obviously, if you do have experience in rabbit bonding and a neutral space to do it then it would be great for them to be bonded together. Being a volunteer run branch, our fosterer doesn’t have the space or experience to be able to do this. However if bonding wasn’t possible we would still want them to have their forever home with someone prepared to take them on in their current ‘side by side’ set up.
