Tiddles llegó a Farplace en junio de 2024, muy avanzada en su gestación. Después tuvo cuatro preciosos gatitos, todos los cuales ya han encontrado nuevos hogares. Sin embargo, Tiddles sigue esperando el suyo con paciencia. Tiddles es una gatita muy tímida, pero ha avanzado muchísimo desde que llegó con nosotros. Está aprendiendo a confiar en las personas y ahora se muestra mucho más dispuesta a aceptar mimos y cariño que nunca. Realmente creemos que, con paciencia, amabilidad y un hogar tranquilo, Tiddles seguirá floreciendo. Es una gran aficionada al ejercicio y le encanta correr en su gran rueda aquí en el refugio. También disfruta de relajarse al sol en el catio y acurrucarse junto a sus amigas felinas. Nos encantaría que Tiddles tuviera una compañera felina amigable en su nuevo hogar, y lo ideal sería que se fuera con una de sus amigas de Farplace. Está especialmente unida a su hermana/prima Spice, así que encontrar un hogar donde las dos gatitas pudieran quedarse juntas sería maravilloso. Tiddles no es el tipo de gata que se acerca de inmediato a exigir mimos el primer día. Necesitará a alguien que entienda que la confianza requiere tiempo y que esté dispuesto a dejar que salga de su caparazón a su propio ritmo. Pero ver cómo aprende poco a poco que las personas pueden ser amables resulta increíblemente gratificante, y creemos que hay una gatita muy cariñosa esperando a salir a la luz. Como todos nuestros gatos, Tiddles saldrá de Farplace esterilizada, con microchip y vacunada, con sus tratamientos antipulgas y desparasitarios al día, y tras un chequeo médico completo. También le proporcionaremos una copia completa de su historial veterinario para que lo conserves en tus registros cuando se vaya a su nuevo hogar. Después podremos organizar una visita de verificación del hogar. Estamos dispuestos a considerar hogares a unas dos horas de viaje del refugio como máximo. Tiddles came to Farplace in June 2024, very heavily pregnant. She went on to have four beautiful kittens, all of whom have now found their new homes. Tiddles, however, is still waiting patiently for hers. Tiddles is a very shy girl, but she’s come such a long way since arriving with us. She’s learning to trust people and is now much more willing to accept cuddles and affection than she has ever been. We really believe that, with patience, kindness and a quiet home, Tiddles will continue to blossom. She’s a bit of an exercise enthusiast and absolutely loves running on her big wheel here at the rescue! She also enjoys relaxing in the sunshine in the catio and snuggling up beside her feline friends. We’d really love Tiddles to have a friendly cat companion in her new home, and going home with one of her friends here at Farplace would be ideal. She’s particularly bonded with her sister/cousin Spice, so finding a home where the two girls could stay together would be absolutely wonderful. Tiddles isn’t going to be the sort of cat who runs straight up to you demanding cuddles on day one. She’ll need someone who understands that trust takes time and is happy to let her come out of her shell at her own pace. But watching her gradually learn that people can be kind is incredibly rewarding, and we think there’s a very affectionate little girl waiting to emerge. As with all of our cats, Tiddles will leave Farplace spayed, microchipped and vaccinated, with her flea and worm treatment up to date, and following a full health check. We’ll also provide you with a full copy of her veterinary records to keep for your own records when she goes off to her new home. Indoor-only policy If you feel you could offer this lovely cat the right home, please email for an adoption questionnaire. We can then arrange a home check. We are happy to consider homes up to around two hours’ travel from the rescue. Any further than this can make it difficult for us to offer the support we feel is important after adoption.
