Wiggins is a young and lively Jack Russell Terrier who is full of character and enthusiasm. He has been friendly with everyone he has met and is always keen to say hello, sometimes getting a little overexcited and jumping up at people. As a young dog, he is still learning about the world around him and will need owners who are happy to continue his training and help him develop into a well-rounded adult dog. He is looking for a home with an active and enriching lifestyle. He particularly enjoys using his nose to explore his surroundings and discover all the interesting smells along the way. He can be busy on the lead and pull at times, so his new owners will need to continue working on his lead training. He also likes to put his head in any rabbit hole or gap in a fence. Wiggins will need a home with access to his own secure private garden where he can safely enjoy some off-lead time. His new owners will need to be committed to ongoing training, giving him space from other dogs when needed. Wiggins will need people who understand that not all dogs will appreciate his enthusiastic approach and who can help him navigate these situations. Wiggins is looking for owners who are willing to invest time, patience and consistency into his ongoing training. With the right guidance, Wiggins will have the chance to develop his skills and enjoy all the adventures life has to offer. Potential owners will need to speak with a Battersea vet prior to rehoming Wiggins.
