Wilma es un gato calico hermoso nacido el 18/12/2011. Durante años tuvo un hogar y alguien que la amaba, pero la vida cambió inesperadamente: su dueña falleció y su marido tuvo que regresar a su país. De repente, Wilma se encontró sin su familia. Es un gato muy cariñoso, uno de esos que aprecia cada caricia y cada momento que pasas con ella. Cuando la acaricias, pone su pequeño cabeza en tus manos y te mira con dulzura que lo dice todo. En ese momento, comprendes que Wilma es, simplemente, amor puro. Tras sus pruebas, ha dado positivo para el virus de inmunodeficiencia felina (FIV). Ha sido recientemente trasladada a la habitación para gatos con FIV y, por ahora, prefiere estar sola, ya que no se siente cómoda alrededor de otros gatos. Wilma también es prueba de que un gato con FIV puede vivir muchos años y llevar una vida plena y feliz en un hogar adecuado, con tranquilidad y buen cuidado. Después de tantos años viviendo en un hogar, el refugio no es el lugar donde ella debería pasar el resto de su vida. Está acostumbrada al calor de una casa, a la tranquilidad, a tener a alguien cerca. Sabemos que su edad puede hacer que mucha gente la ignore... pero esperamos que alguien se detenga un momento, la mire realmente y vea cuán especial es. Wilma is a beautiful calico cat born on 18/12/2011. For years she had a home and someone who loved her, but life changed unexpectedly: her owner passed away and her husband had to return to his country. Suddenly, Wilma found herself without her family. She is a very affectionate cat, one of those who appreciates every caress and every moment you spend with her. When you stroke her, she rests her little head on your hands and looks at you with a sweetness that says it all. At that moment, you understand that Wilma is, quite simply, pure love. Following her tests, she has tested positive for feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). She has just been moved to the room for FIV-positive cats and, for the time being, prefers to be on her own, as she does not feel comfortable around other cats. Wilma is also proof that a cat with FIV can live for many years and lead a full and happy life in a suitable home, with peace and quiet and good care. After so many years living in a home, the shelter is not the place where she should spend the rest of her life. She is used to the warmth of a house, to tranquillity, to having someone close by. We know that her age may cause many to pass her by... but hopefully someone will stop for a moment, really look at her and see how special she is.
