23 de abril de 2023 Está tan cerca ahora que es bastante difícil ver muchos cambios desde el exterior. Una de las últimas cosas externas es el trabajo metálico: rejas para la parte delantera de los perreros y puertas para entrar y dentro de los perreros. Más allá de eso aún tenemos que terminar con el drenaje y arreglar el suministro eléctrico, y tendremos que traer un trozo corto de carretera desde la carretera ya terminada hasta la puerta principal del perrero. Eso solo cuesta unos 10.000 euros más. Después de revisar cuidadosamente nuestras finanzas hemos llegado a la conclusión de que no tenemos suficiente para comprometernos a construir la segunda fase inmediatamente después de terminar la primera, pero estamos viendo la posibilidad de construir algunas de las jaulas en la Fase 2 como un paso intermedio. Eso nos daría la capacidad de albergar a más perros, que es después de todo lo más importante. 23 April 2023 It’s getting so close now that it’s quite difficult to see much change from the outside. One of the last things externally is the metalwork – grilles for the front of the kennels and doors into and inside the kennels. Beyond that we still need to finish the drainage and sort out the electricity supply, and we will have to bring the short piece of road from the existing finished road to the front gate of the kennels. That alone is about another €10,000! After looking carefully at our finances we’ve concluded that we don’t have enough to commit to building the second phase immediately after finishing the first, but we’re looking at the possibility of building some of the kennel spaces in Phase 2 as an intermediate step. That would give us the capacity to house more dogs, which is after all the most important thing.
