Beetroot es un Yorkshire terrier cruzado de 5 años que busca un hogar activo que pueda mantenerse a su ritmo! Ha sido muy amable con todos los trabajadores en el centro, acercándose para recibir cariño y hasta subiendo a sus regazos. A Beetroot le encanta jugar con sus juguetes, lanzándolos a su cuidador para seguir jugando. Aunque a veces puede ladrar con insistencia y carece de control de impulsos. Camina bien con la correa y está más que dispuesto a salir de aventura, por lo tanto sería una gran adición a un hogar que ama estar fuera tanto como él. Beetroot busca un hogar donde sea el único perro, ya que está sub-socializado alrededor de ellos y puede ser reactivo. Debido a esto, recomendamos que se le mantenga con la correa cuando esté fuera de casa. No sería adecuado que comparta su hogar con gatos, pero pequeños roedores podrían considerarse si están completamente separados de él. Beetroot sería más adecuado para vivir con niños de edad secundaria sensatos que entiendan darle espacio cuando sea necesario. Le encantaría un hogar con acceso a un jardín privado y seguro para poder jugar a atrapar pelotas todo lo que quiera, los hogares sin jardín podrían considerarse si tienen acceso a espacio verde para que pueda trabajar en su entrenamiento en casa. Beetroot no sería adecuado para un espacio comunitario.

Beetroot is a 5 year old Yorkshire terrier crossbreed that is looking for an active home that can keep up with his lively nature! He has been super friendly with all the handlers here at the centre, coming over for a fuss and even hopping onto their laps. Beetroot loves nothing more than playing with his toys, throwing them at his handler to continue playing. Though he can demand bark and lacks impulse control at times. He walks well on the lead and is more than happy to head off on an adventure, so would make a great addition to a home that loves to be out and about as much as he does! Beetroot is looking for a home where he will be the only dog as he is under-socialised around them and can be reactive. Due to this, we advise that he is kept on his lead when out and about on walks. He wouldn't be suitable to share his home with cats but small furries may be considered if they are kept completely separate from him. Beetroot would be best suited to live with sensible children of secondary ages who are understanding of giving him space when needed. He would love a home with access to a private, secure garden so he can play fetch to his hearts content, homes without a garden may be considered if there is access to green space so he can work on his house training. Beetroot would not suit a communal space.
