Copper is a big strong lad, so will need confident adopters who can physically manage him. He is a lovely friendly boy and will certainly bring lots of love to his forever family. Copper is a handsome Labrador cross Staffordshire Bull Terrier with a big heart and an even bigger love for his favorite people. Affectionate and loyal, he thrives on human companionship and will happily be your shadow throughout the day. He’s been making fantastic progress with his social skills and is doing really well meeting other dogs. With the right introductions, Copper could potentially share his home with a well-mannered canine companion. Copper has an excitable side, especially when he’s having fun, so he would be best suited to a home with children aged 14 and over who can understand his enthusiasm. Like many Labradors, he is highly food-motivated, which makes him a great candidate for ongoing training and enrichment. Copper would not cope well being left alone for long periods, so he’s looking for a home where someone is around most of the time to keep him company. A secure, private garden is essential for him to enjoy safe outdoor time. As a strong and energetic boy, Copper will need adopters who are confident and physically able to handle him on walks and continue guiding him with positive, consistent training.
