01.03.2025Esterilización: sí Curly fue encontrado abandonado en muy mal estado en la playa de Almiros en el norte de la isla de Corfú. Estaba delgado, su pelaje olía muy mal, estaba realmente asustado. Gracias a una chica amable y su perro, empezó a confiar en ella y se acercaba cada vez más y ella logró atraparlo y llevarlo a nosotros. Desde el primer día con nosotros, notamos que a menudo cojea en la pata trasera derecha. La radiografía en la veterinaria mostró que su ligamento en la rodilla está cortado. Lamentablemente, debido a su peso de 22 kg, los veterinarios locales no pueden realizar ninguna operación aquí y necesitamos un especialista que intente reconectar el ligamento. Pero como Curly es muy activo, temen que incluso si se hace la operación, podría ser en vano. Debido a su actividad, el proceso posterior a la operación no será posible. Se nos recomendó probar hasta ahora algún tipo de suplementos para las articulaciones y los huesos. Curly es un chico dulce y feliz, pero aquí en la isla no somos capaces de encontrar la ayuda adecuada para él.

Thanks to one kind girl and her dog, he started to trust her and he was coming closer and she was able to catch him and bring him to us. Since the first day with us, we noticed that he is very often limping on the right behind leg. The x-ray at the veterinary showed that his ligament in the knee is cut. Unfortunately because of his weight of 22 kg, the local vets cannot do any operation here and we need a specialist that can try to connect the ligament. But because Curly is super active they afraid that even operation can be done for nothing. Because of his activity, the after operation process won’ t be possible. It was recommended to us to try so far some kind of supportive supplements for joints and bones.Curly is sweet happy boy, but here in the island we are not able to find the suitable help for him.
