Hola... somos Idaho y Maine y tenemos alrededor de 10 semanas de edad. Somos un poco tímidos, así que quizás no vengan corriendo a saludar... pero les prometemos que vale la pena esperar. Nuestra historia comenzó en el garaje de alguien. Cuando llegó la ayuda, fuimos llevados a un lugar seguro, pero nuestra mamá se asustó y huyó. Las personas aquí no nos abandonaron. Regresaron todos los días, asegurándose de poder estar juntos nuevamente... y finalmente nos reencontramos. Desde entonces, hemos estado creciendo más fuertes, valientes y aprendiendo que el mundo no es tan aterrador después de todo. Todavía estamos un poco inseguros cuando conocemos a nuevas personas. Los ruidos fuertes y las casas con mucho movimiento podrían abrumarnos al principio, por lo que esperamos un lugar más tranquilo donde podamos hacer las cosas a nuestro propio ritmo. Pero una vez que nos sintamos seguros... ahí verán el verdadero nosotros. Amamos jugar, perseguir, saltar y revolcarnos juntos. Y cuando terminamos, nos acurrucamos en un pequeño grupo, abrazándonos cerca. Estamos muy unidos y tomamos mucha comodidad al estar juntos, por lo que necesitaremos un hogar como pareja. Podríamos vivir con niños mayores y delicados que entiendan que quizás necesitemos tiempo para adaptarnos. Los perros serían demasiado para nosotros, pero podríamos ser compatibles con un gato tranquilo y amigable. Lo que más necesitamos es paciencia. Alguien amable que nos dé el tiempo y el espacio para salir de nuestra concha... y mostrarnos lo que realmente significa ser seguro y amado. Hi... we’re Idaho and Maine and we're around 10 weeks old!We’re a little bit shy, so we might not rush straight up to say hello... but we promise, we’re worth the wait.Our story started in someone’s garage. When help arrived, we were brought to safety, but our mum got scared and ran away. The people here didn’t give up on us though. They went back every day, making sure we could be together again... and eventually, we were reunited.Since then, we’ve been growing stronger, braver, and learning that the world isn’t such a scary place after all.We’re still a bit unsure when we meet new people. Loud noises and busy homes might overwhelm us at first, so we’re hoping for a quieter place where we can take things at our own pace. But once we feel safe... that’s when you’ll see the real us.We love to play, chasing, pouncing, and tumbling around together. And when we’re done, we curl up in a little bundle, cuddling each other close. We’re incredibly bonded and take a lot of comfort in being together, so we’ll need a home as a pair.We could live with older, gentle children who understand we might need time to settle. Dogs would be too much for us, but we might be okay with a calm, friendly resident cat.What we need most is patience.
