Conoce a Jalapeño! Este hermoso gato busca una nueva casa amorosa donde pueda realmente prosperar. Jalapeño fue entregada a nosotros después de experimentar dos incidentes no provocados con su anterior dueña durante un período de dos semanas y una reacción inesperada hacia otro gato en el hogar. El primer incidente fue leve, con detalles que permanecen poco claros. El segundo ocurrió cuando su dueña estaba retirando cinta adhesiva de una caja de cartón, lo cual sorprendió a Jalapeño debido al sonido. Este comportamiento impredecible llevó a su familia a tomar la difícil decisión de buscarle una nueva casa. Desde que llegó a nuestra cattery, no hemos observado reacciones similares. De hecho, muestra un excelente temperamento y es extremadamente cariñosa. A Jalapeño le encanta saludarte con abrazos, poniendo sus patas sobre tus hombros tan pronto como entras a su cabina. Ha sido un placer tanto para nosotros como para los veterinarios durante su estadía. Creemos que el entorno anterior simplemente no era el adecuado para ella, y algo allí claramente la molestaba. Había estado con su familia desde que tenía apenas tres semanas de vida, mucho antes de lo habitual para los gatitos, que generalmente permanecen con su madre entre 9 y 12 semanas, lo cual podría haber influido en su comportamiento. Según lo que hemos visto, Jalapeño no tiene nada que ver con lo que sugiere su formulario de transferencia o su nombre.

Meet Jalapeño! This gorgeous cat is searching for a loving new home where she can truly flourish. Jalapeño was surrendered to us after experiencing two unprovoked incidents with her previous owner over a two week period and an unexpected reaction towards another cat in the household. The first incident was minor, with details remaining unclear. The second occurred when her owner was removing cello tape from a cardboard box, which startled Jalapeño due to the sound. This unpredictable behaviour led her family to make the tough choice to find her a new home. Since arriving at our cattery, we haven’t observed any similar reactions. In fact, she displays a wonderful temperament and is incredibly affectionate. Jalapeño loves to greet you with hugs, putting her paws on your shoulders as soon as you enter her cabin! She has been a delight for both us and the vets throughout her stay. We believe her previous environment simply wasn’t the right fit for her, and something there was clearly unsettling. Having been with her family since she was just three weeks old, well before the typical 9-12 weeks kittens usually stay with their mothers, this may have influenced her behaviour. From what we’ve seen, Jalapeño is nothing like what her transfer form, or name suggests!
