Cuatro vidas pequeñas, aún no tienen dos meses… abandonadas en una caja junto a un contenedor de basura, como si no pudieran sentir, como si no importaran. Solo piden lo básico: calor, comida, cuidado… amor. Pero detrás de ellas hay algo aún más difícil de imaginar: una madre, su cuerpo lleno de leche, buscándolos, sin entender por qué se fueron. Separarlos de esta manera es inperdonable. Castrar no es una opción, es una responsabilidad. Porque la alternativa es esta: más camadas, más abandono, más sufrimiento. No era tan difícil esperar unas semanas más. No era tan difícil hacer lo correcto. Cada día duele un poco más ver hasta dónde puede llegar la falta de humanidad. Ellos no eligieron nacer. But behind them there’s something even harder to imagine: a mother, her body full of milk, searching for them, not understanding why they’re gone. Separating them like this is unforgivable. Spaying is not an option, it’s a responsibility. Because the alternative is this: more litters, more abandonment, more suffering. It wasn’t that hard to wait a few more weeks. It wasn’t that hard to do the right thing. Every day it hurts a little more to see how far the lack of humanity can go. They didn’t choose to be born.
