Cuando conocimos por primera vez a Lizzie, era una niña muy asustada y confundida, acostada en medio de una avenida con 6 carriles, sin saber adónde ir o cómo navegar por las calles. Parecía sola, abrumada y asustada. Sabíamos que era cuestión de tiempo antes de que fuera atropellada por un automóvil y decidimos llevarla a un refugio. Esperábamos que solo fuera una estancia temporal y que encontrara un hogar rápidamente considerando lo bonita que es, pero no sabíamos que no tendría tanta suerte y sería pasada por alto en el refugio durante más de 2 años. Finalmente, a Lizzie se le ofreció un hogar de acogida y viajó al Reino Unido. Pero lamentablemente, debido a ningún error suyo, no funcionó y tuvo que ser trasladada después de apenas unos días. Afortunadamente se ha adaptado muy bien en su nuevo hogar de acogida y está lista para su hogar definitivo. Es una chica encantadora, alegre y amigable, que pasará mucho tiempo durmiendo en el sofá y paseando por el jardín, no es de alta energía y ama los abrazos. A Lizzie no le interesa mucho a otros perros y tendrá mejor resultado como único perro, pero con una presentación adecuada también puede vivir con otro perro amigable y tranquilo. Fue probada con gatos en Macedonia y fue bien con ellos, pero ya hace tiempo, así que necesitaría una introducción lenta. Lizzie camina bastante bien en la correa, es limpia en casa y generalmente bien educada y hasta sabe algunos comandos básicos. Lizzie está castrada, con microchip, completamente vacunada y testeada (negativa) para enfermedades endémicas. ¡Por favor, déjenle una oportunidad a esta encantadora chica! When we first met Lizzie, she was a very scared, confused little girl, laying in the middle of a boulevard with 6 lanes, not knowing where to go or how to navigate the streets. She looked lonely, overwhelmed and scared. We knew it was matter of time before she would get hit by a car and decided to take her to kennels. We hoped this would only be a temporary stay and that she would find a home quickly considering how beautiful she is, but little did we know, she was not that lucky, and would be overlooked in kennels for over 2 years. Finally, Lizzie was offered a foster home and travelled to the UK. But sadly, due to no fault of hers, it didn’t work out and Lizzie had to be moved after just a few days. Thankfully she has settled really well in her new foster home and she is ready for her forever home. She is a lovely, cheerful, friendly girl, who will spend a lot of time sleeping on the sofa and potter about the garden, she is not high energy, and love cuddles. Lizzie is not very interested in other dogs and will thrive as an only dog, but with proper introduction she can also live with another friendly, laidback dog. She was cat tested in Macedonia and was fine with them, but it has been a while so she would need slow introduction. Lizzie walks quite well one the lead, she is clean in the house and generally well behaved and even knows a few basic commands. Lizzie is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated and tested (negative) for endemic diseases. Please give this lovely girl a chance! She is 3 years old, cross breed and medium size.
