Hola... somos Idaho y Maine y tenemos alrededor de 10 semanas de edad. Somos un poco tímidos, así que es posible que no corramos directamente a saludar... pero prometemos, valdrá la pena esperar. Nuestra historia comenzó en el garaje de alguien. Cuando llegó la ayuda, fuimos llevados a un lugar seguro, pero nuestra madre se asustó y huyó. Sin embargo, las personas aquí no nos dieron por perdidos. Regresaron todos los días, asegurándose de que pudiéramos estar juntos nuevamente... y finalmente, nos reencontramos. Desde entonces, hemos estado creciendo más fuertes, más valientes y aprendiendo que el mundo no es tan aterrador después de todo. Todavía estamos un poco inseguros cuando conocemos a nuevas personas. Los ruidos fuertes y las casas con mucha actividad pueden abrumarnos al principio, así que esperamos un lugar más tranquilo donde podamos hacer las cosas a nuestro ritmo. Pero una vez que nos sintamos seguros... eso es cuando verás el verdadero nosotros. Nos encanta jugar, perseguir, saltar y rodar juntos. Y cuando terminamos, nos acurrucamos en un pequeño grupo, abrazándonos cercanamente. Estamos muy unidos y tomamos mucho consuelo al estar juntos, así que necesitaremos un hogar en pareja. Podríamos vivir con niños mayores y suaves que entiendan que quizás necesitemos tiempo para adaptarnos. Los perros serían demasiado para nosotros, pero podríamos ser aceptables con un gato tranquilo y amigable. Lo que más necesitamos es paciencia. Alguien amable que nos dé el tiempo y el espacio para salir de nuestra cáscara... y mostrarnos lo que realmente significa estar a salvo y querido. Hi... we’re Idaho and Maine and we're around 10 weeks old!We’re a little bit shy, so we might not rush straight up to say hello... but we promise, we’re worth the wait.Our story started in someone’s garage. When help arrived, we were brought to safety, but our mum got scared and ran away. The people here didn’t give up on us though. They went back every day, making sure we could be together again... and eventually, we were reunited.Since then, we’ve been growing stronger, braver, and learning that the world isn’t such a scary place after all.We’re still a bit unsure when we meet new people. Loud noises and busy homes might overwhelm us at first, so we’re hoping for a quieter place where we can take things at our own pace. But once we feel safe... that’s when you’ll see the real us.We love to play, chasing, pouncing, and tumbling around together. And when we’re done, we curl up in a little bundle, cuddling each other close. We’re incredibly bonded and take a lot of comfort in being together, so we’ll need a home as a pair.We could live with older, gentle children who understand we might need time to settle. Dogs would be too much for us, but we might be okay with a calm, friendly resident cat.What we need most is patience.
