Manuela es un bello perro pastor belga con energía sin límites y potencial. Fue abandonada por su anterior dueño y llegó con algunos problemas de control y reactividad, típicos de la raza cuando no se les cuida adecuadamente, ya que son perros de trabajo y muy exigentes. Actualmente, nuestro equipo de comportamiento está trabajando con ella, ya que también puede tener reacciones negativas con otros perros en el primer contacto. A pesar de esto, ha hecho grandes progresos y ya puede interactuar y jugar con ciertos perros de manera controlada. Las nuevas socializaciones siempre deben realizarse con precaución y conocimiento, tanto con otros perros como durante las caminatas. También estamos trabajando con Manuela en la adaptación a los vehículos, ya que reacciona ante movimientos rápidos y objetos en movimiento, algo muy común en esta raza. Es un área en la que está mejorando y requiere esfuerzo constante y experiencia. Manuela es un perro ideal para trabajo operativo: tiene excelentes cualidades para disciplinas como la policía o los deportes caninos. Está muy adaptada al trabajo, con una gran capacidad de aprendizaje y alta motivación. Simplemente necesita entrenamiento de obediencia continuo, que es completamente manejable y no representa ningún problema para un cuidador experimentado. Estamos buscando un adotante responsable para ella, alguien con conocimiento de la raza y dispuesto a continuar trabajando con ella, alguien que pueda ofrecerle estabilidad, ejercicio y guía adecuada. Necesita un trabajo, incluso si no es profesional: entrenamiento de obediencia, trabajo de detección, etc., pero su mente brillante necesita mucha actividad y estabilidad para ser feliz. Manuela tiene un futuro brillante por delante. Por ahora, no puede convivir con otros perros en su hogar. Su altura en los hombros es aproximadamente 60 cm.

Manuela is a beautiful Belgian Malinois with boundless energy and potential. She was abandoned by her previous owner and arrived with some control and reactivity issues, typical of the breed when not properly cared for, as they are working dogs and very demanding. Currently, our behavior team is working with her, as she can also have negative reactions with other dogs upon initial contact. Even so, she has made great progress and is already able to interact and play with certain dogs in a controlled manner. New socializations should always be done with caution and knowledge, both with other dogs and during walks. We are also working with Manuela on vehicle habituation, as she reacts to fast movements and moving objects, also very common in this breed. This is an area where she is improving and requires consistent effort and experience. Manuela is an ideal dog for operational work: she has excellent qualities for disciplines such as police or dog sports. She is very well-suited for work, with a great capacity for learning and high motivation. She simply needs continued obedience training, which is entirely manageable and poses no problem for an experienced handler. We are looking for a responsible adopter for her, someone knowledgeable about the breed and willing to continue working with her, someone who can offer her stability, exercise, and proper guidance. She needs a job, even if it's not professional—obedience training, detection work, etc.—but her bright mind needs plenty of work and stability to be happy. Manuela has a bright future ahead of her. For now, she cannot share her home with other dogs. Her shoulder height is approximately 60cm.
