This girl with a beautiful black-and-tan coat is Mara. Together with her eight brothers and sisters, she was left behind one day without explanation and without reason, simply because she was no longer wanted. No one knows exactly what happened to them before they ended up in the shelter, and that past remains a mystery for now. What we do know is that they were safe and well-cared for from then on, but that a busy kennel environment is not the place where such young, vulnerable puppies can fully unleash their true potential. She lived there with her nestmates and got along with them in a friendly and respectful manner. Like every pup, she loves playing together with her brothers and sisters. Mara, together with a few siblings, was allowed to leave for the Netherlands, and this girl now resides with us at the shelter. Mara is still a pup and will have to learn many things with her new owners. This includes walking on a leash, potty training, and building a strong bond. She needs a home where these steps can be taken calmly, with patience, and unconditional love. A place where she can have the time to grow into a companion for life.Mara is a mixed female with an estimated birthdate of December 25, 2025, and will be approximately 38 cm high.

Dit meisje met een prachtige black-and-tan vacht is Mara. Samen met haar acht broertjes en zusjes werd ze op een dag achtergelaten, zonder uitleg en zonder reden, simpelweg omdat ze niet meer gewenst werden. Niemand weet precies wat hen is overkomen voor ze in de opvang terechtkwamen, en dat verleden blijft voor nu een raadsel. Wat we wel weten, is dat ze vanaf toen veilig waren en goed verzorgd maar dat een drukke kennelomgeving niet de plek is waar zulke jonge, kwetsbare hondjes hun ware potentieel kunnen ontplooien. Ze leefde daar samen met haar nestgenoten en gaat op een vriendelijke en respectvolle manier met hen om. Zoals elke pup vindt ze het heerlijk om samen te spelen met haar broertjes en zusjes. Mara, samen met een aantal zusjes en broertjes mochten vertrekken naar Nederland en dit meisje verblijft nu bij ons in de opvang. Mara is nog maar een pupje en zal met haar nieuwe baasjes nog van alles moeten leren. Denk hierbij aan wandelen aan de riem, zindelijkheid en het opbouwen van een hechte band. Ze heeft een thuis nodig waar deze stappen rustig, met geduld en onvoorwaardelijke liefde kunnen worden gezet. Een plek waar ze de tijd krijgt om te groeien tot een maatje voor altijd.Mara is een mix teefje met een geschatte geboortedatum van 25 december 2025 en zal ongeveer 38 cm hoog worden.
