¡Hola a todos, soy Oscar! Estoy esperando encontrar un nuevo hogar donde pueda pasar mis años de vejez. Soy un cruza de Basset Hound y definitivamente tengo muchos de los rasgos del Basset Hound, pero soy de mayor tamaño, más parecido a un Perro de caza. Puedo caminar bien, pero tan pronto como capturo un olor, mi nariz entra en modo sobrecarga y me convierto en algo muy fuerte y tirón, por eso llevo mi bonito arnés. Seré honesto y te lo diré, no tengo habilidades de retorno, así que necesitaré permanecer en una correa larga a menos que esté en un área segura. Esto también significa que necesitaré un jardín seguro para evitar que sea travieso y escape. Soy un chico realmente encantador, con un gran carácter que disfruta de mucho cariño y abrazos. Soy fácil de manejar y me llevo bien con los niños. Disfruto del ejercicio y espero que mi nuevo dueño me lleve a muchas caminatas, cuando regreso a casa me gusta retirarme a un espacio solo para mí y tomar una buena siesta. No estoy acostumbrado a estar solo durante mucho tiempo y soy un poco ladrón de comida, así que asegúrate de mantener las cosas fuera de mi alcance. No me importa demasiado, excepto el clima ventoso, eso me asusta un poco. Nunca he vivido con otro perro, pero soy muy amigable y disfruto mucho jugar con los perros que conozco, así que esto podría ser posible para mí. Hello everyone, I'm Oscar.I am hoping to find a new home where I can see out my senior years. I am a Beagle cross and definitely have a lot of the Beagle traits, but am a larger size, more like a Hound really.I can walk well, but as soon as pick up a scent my nose does go into overdrive and I become quite strong and pully, hence why I am wearing my snazzy headcollar. I will be honest and let you know that I don't have any recall skills so will need to remain on a long line unless in a secure area. This also means I will need a secure garden to prevent me from being mischievous and escaping.I am a really lovely boy though, with a great character who enjoys a real fuss and lots of cuddles. I am good to handle and am great around children. I enjoy exercise and will be hoping for a new owner who will be taking me on lots of walks, when I return home I like to retreat to a space just for me and have a good old snooze.I am not used to being left alone for too long, and am a bit of a food thief so make sure you keep things out of my reach.
