Otis podría vivir potencialmente con niños mayores y que estén familiarizados con los gatos. Le gustaría ser el único gato en el hogar y necesitará acceso al exterior. Otis es un joven seguro de sí mismo que se ha adaptado rápidamente aquí en el refugio. Es un chico energético y juguetón que ama jugar con sus juguetes de varita con sus humanos y correr por el recinto para explorarlo. Otis no se llevaba bien con el otro gato de su anterior hogar y también ha mostrado una aversión a otros gatos en el refugio, por lo tanto sería más feliz siendo el único gato en su hogar definitivo. La anterior dueña mencionó que podría tener miedo a los niños, sin embargo creemos que podría vivir potencialmente con niños tranquilos, mayores y familiarizados con los gatos que puedan entender y respetar su espacio y límites. Otis ha manejado la adaptación a un nuevo entorno con total normalidad y parece no estar afectado por su llegada al refugio. Rápidamente hace amistad con todos los que conoce y es todo un personaje: es muy divertido pasar tiempo con él. Es un joven que aún puede mostrar algunos comportamientos similares a los de un cachorro, incluyendo juegos bruscos, por lo tanto necesitará una familia paciente y familiarizada con los gatos que esté acostumbrada a estos comportamientos mientras sigue madurando. Este chico encantador tiene una personalidad muy grande, tiene mucho que ofrecer a su hogar definitivo. Realmente amaría una familia que tenga mucho tiempo para interactuar y jugar con él. No tenemos dudas de que será una gran adición a su afortunado hogar definitivo.

Otis could potentially live with older, cat-savvy children. He would like to be the only cat in the home and will require outdoor access. Otis is a confident young lad who has settled in quickly here at the shelter. He is an energetic and playful chap, who loves playing with his wand toys with his humans and running around having an explore of the cattery. Otis didn’t get on with the other cat in his previous home and has also shown an aversion to other cats here at the shelter, so he would be happiest as the only cat in his forever home. His previous owner also mentioned that he could be scared of children, however, we feel he could potentially live with calm, older and cat-savvy children who can understand and respect his space and boundaries. Otis has taken adjusting to a new environment all in his stride and seems unfazed by his arrival to the shelter! He quickly makes friends with everyone he meets and is just full of character – he is so much fun to spend time with! He is a young boy and can still display some kitten-like behaviours, including rough play, so he will need a patient and cat-savvy family who are accustomed to these behaviours whilst he is still maturing. This lovely boy has such a big personality, he has so much to offer his forever home. He would really love a family who have lots of time to spend interacting and playing with him. We have no doubt he will make a brilliant addition to his lucky forever family.
