Parker is a shy and wary dog at first, but once he feels safe, he turns out to be playful, affectionate, and very intelligent. He is social with cats and his other animals of the same species. Parker was removed due to neglect; he lived alone outdoors. It will take gentleness and patience for him to open up and trust.
