Sofie tiene mucha energía y es muy divertida. Le encanta jugar con una pelota y perseguir juguetes. Es saltarina, dinámica y está aprendiendo a mantener las cuatro patas en el suelo mientras las personas lanzan la pelota. Es inteligente y actualmente está aprendiendo a sentarse. A Sofie le gustaría y beneficiaría aprender su entrenamiento básico, incluyendo caminar con correa suelta, de manera divertida y positiva. Cuando conoce a alguien por primera vez, es amigable pero también nerviosa, su lenguaje corporal lo hace claro. El juego con la pelota es el comienzo de una gran amistad. En sus paseos, como se espera de un Spaniel, le gusta meterse en todo, ir en todas direcciones, es muy activa con una cola que nunca deja de moverse. Sofie prosperaría en un hogar activo con adoptantes interesados en participar en el entrenamiento con recompensas positivas y ayudar a Sofie a construir confianza. Requisitos del hogar: fans de los Spaniels; conoce a Sofie, de un año. Podría compartir su hogar con niños adolescentes, mayores de 16 años. Podría vivir con otro perro en el hogar o ser igual de feliz como el único perro. Le sería beneficioso tener compañeros caninos cuando salga. No tiene historial con gatos, pequeños roedores o ganado. Sofie tiene necesidades de ejercicio altas, le encantaría largos paseos y estimulación mental también. Sofie llegó a nuestro cuidado como un animal abandonado y ahora vive en un hogar de acogida que es perfecto para nosotros transmitir detalles clave e información que aprendemos de ella al estar en un entorno familiar. Sofie is full of beans and full of fun. She loves to play with a ball and chase after toys. She is bouncy, springy, and is learning to keep all four paws on the floor while people throw the ball. She is clever and is currently learning a sit. Sofie would enjoy and benefit from learning her basic training, including loose lead walking, in a fun and positive way. When she meets people for the first time, she is friendly and also nervous – her body language makes this clear. Ball play is the start of a great friendship! Out and about on her walks, as you’d expect from a Spaniel, she likes to be into everything, going in every direction, she’s super busy with a tail that never stops. Sofie would thrive in an active home with adopters who are keen to get involved with positive reward training and help Sofie build confidence. Spaniel fans; meet one-year-old Sofie. She could share her home with teenage children, 16yrs plus. She could live with another dog in the home or be equally as happy as the only dog. She would benefit from having doggy pals when out and about. She has no history around cats, small furries, or livestock. Sofie has high exercise needs, would love long walks, and mental stimulation too. Sofie arrived in our care as a stray and is now living in a foster home which is perfect for us to pass on key details and information that we learn from her being in a home environment.
