Zeus es uno de los casos más especiales que tenemos en el refugio. Fue retirado de una escena terrible de vida, habiendo sido criado y "entrenado" para luchar. Esto determina tristemente una cosa muy importante para el resto de su vida: Zeus no puede estar con ningún otro perro en esta vida. En su vida anterior, fue abusado hasta un nivel profundo de conciencia, lo que nunca dejará de él - ver a otro perro significa para él "matar o ser matado". Ver a otros perros le estresa enormemente, y para su felicidad en los últimos años de su vida, estamos buscando un humano muy responsable para él, quien tome esto con 120% de seriedad. Ahora, las partes bonitas de Zeus: le encantan mucho sus voluntarios favoritos y disfruta pasar todos los momentos posibles con ellos - ya sea para caminar, acompañar a su cuidador del refugio al garaje y en viajes en coche, y simplemente estar relajándose en el sofá. Zeus tuvo un comienzo tan horrible en su vida, que en la segunda mitad de su vida, nuestros voluntarios intentan hacerlo tan cómodo como sea posible en un entorno de refugio. Cada semana, Zeus recibe un tratamiento de masaje canino por un especialista en masaje para perros, y deja que lo toques en todo su cuerpo sin drama alguno. Si lo motivas un poco, también se vuelve juguetón e invita a una pequeña lucha! Cuidado sin embargo, su nariz es tan larga que puede chocar contigo fácilmente! Zeus ha estado tanto tiempo en el refugio y esperamos que haya una luz al final del túnel para él, un hogar que lo acepte con su carga - un pasado que él mismo no eligió, un pasado donde fue víctima. Cuando llegó al refugio, estaba extremadamente delgado y había sido envenenado, su llegada fue uno de los casos más graves que ha visto nuestro refugio. Ahora Zeus está saludable y revisado por varios veterinarios - sus resultados de sangre son buenos, su movilidad es buena, piel, ojos, oídos - es un anciano bully saludable. Zeus pesa unos 16 kilos y mide apenas 35 cm de altura. Zeus is one of the more special cases that we have in the shelter. He was taken away from a terrible scenario of life, having been bred and "trained" for dogfighting. This very sadly determines one very important thing for the rest of his life - Zeus cannot be together with ANY other dog in this lifetime anymore. In his previous life, he was abused to such a deep level of consciousness, that this will never leave him anymore - seeing another dog means for him "kill or be killed". Seeing other dogs really stresses him massively, and for his happiness in the last years of his life, we are looking for a very responsible human for him, who takes this with 120% seriousness. Now, to the beautiful sides of Zeus: he loves his favourite volunteers very much and enjoys spending all possible moments with them - either for walking, accompanying his shelter caretaker to the garage and on car drives, and simply chilling on the sofa. Zeus had such a horrific start to his life, that now on the second half of his life, our volunteers try to make it as nice for him as possible in a shelter environment. Every week Zeus is enjoying a dog massage treatment by a K9 massage specialist, and he let's you touch him all over his body without drama! If you motivate him a bit, then he also gets playful and invites you for a little wrestle! Careful though, his nose is so long that he bounces into you easily! Zeus has spent such a long time in the shelter and we are hoping that there is a light at the end of the tunnel for him, a home that accepts him with his baggage - a past that he himself did not choose, a past where he was a victim. When he arrived to the shelter, he was extremely underweight and he had been poisoned, his arrival was one of the worst cases that our shelter has seen. Now Zeus is healthy and checked by several veterinaries - his blood tests are good, his mobility is good, skin, eyes, ears - he is a healthy senior bully! Zeus weighs about 16kilos and is only about 35cm high.
