"Minun nimeni on Alma. Minulla on puolikkaan musta hattu ja pidän siitä, kun minua kosketaan. Hiljainen seuraani on veljeni Koky." Alma ja Koky syntyivät vuonna 2019 Omonian teatteriporukoissa. Heidän äitinsä katosi pian, ja veljes- ja sisarlapset ovat olleet yhdessä aina sen jälkeen. Alma kasvoi sosiaaliseksi, rakastavaksi kissaksi, joka intohimoisesti haluaa ihmisten huomiota. Koky taas pysyy pelokkaana – hän luottaa vain omaan siskoonsa. Almaa on ollut mahdollisuus ottaa itsenäisesti adoptioon, mutta hän kieltää pois jättämästä Kokya taakse. Heidän yhteytensä on hiljaa, syvää ja ei murtautuvaa. Koti, jossa heillä on nykyisin vahvistaja, myydään, mikä tekee heidän tilanteensa kiireelliseksi. “My name is Alma. I have a half-black moustache and I love being petted. The shy one next to me is my brother, Koky.” Alma and Koky were born in 2019 in a theatre car park in Omonia. Their mum disappeared shortly after, and the two siblings have been together ever since. Alma grew into a social, affectionate cat who adores human attention. Koky, on the other hand, remains timid -he trusts only his sister. Alma has had chances to be adopted on her own, but she refuses to leave Koky behind. Their bond is quiet, deep, and unbreakable. The home where they are currently fostered is being sold, which makes their situation urgent. They are looking for a home together, where patience and understanding will allow Koky to slowly feel safe – and where Alma can finally relax knowing her brother is protected.
