Ei ole mitään ihmeellisempää kuin täysikasvuinen, viisaana koiranrotu ja Bobica on mustan kultansa ydin! Valitettavasti hänet heittivät omistajiltaan todennäköisesti siitä, että hän ostivat koirapupun ja ratkaisu oli jättää hän maantiellä itse selviytymään! Hänestä tehtiin koirankäsittelyyn liittyvä toiminta ja hän tuettiin julkiseen koirakeskuksen. Kun Bobika testattiin positiiviseksi Leishmaniaa vastaan, hänen tuli olla lopetettu, mutta koirakeskuksen henkilökunta otti yhteyttä pelastajaan ja hänet pelastettiin ja siirrettiin koirakylpyyn, jossa hän odottaa nyt toiveikkaasti ketä tahansa, joka antaa hänelle otium, jota hän ansaitsee, ja täyttää hänen viimeiset vuodensa rakkaudella, mukavuudella ja ilolla. Terveyshallinnollisesti Bobican tilanne on melko hyvä ikänsä ja Leishmaniosis näyttää olevan hyvin hallittuna lääkkeillä. Emme tiedä, onko hän asunut kotona koskaan, joten hän saattaa tarvita kotioppimista, mutta hän on hyvin älykäs ja oppii nopeasti jäljellä olevan ajan. Ideaali koti Bobicalle on rauhallinen koti, jossa vanhan koiran tarpeet täyttyvät, ja jossa hän voi olla mukana ihmisiinsä suurimmaksi osaksi, koska se on se, mikä GSD haluaa eniten. Bobican näyttää olevan kokenut vaikeita aikoja, joten hän tarvitsee tilaa ja ymmärrystä ihmisten ympäröimistä. There is nothing as wonderful as a mature, wise German Shepherd and Bobica is the epitome of grey gold! Sadly she has been discarded by her owners, probably because they bought a puppy instead and their solution was to leave her in the streets to fend for herself! She was caught by dog catchers and brought to a public shelter. When Bobika tested positive to Leishmania she was going to be put down, but the shelter staff reached out to a rescuer and she was saved and moved to kennels, where she is now waiting hopefully for someone, who will give her the otium she deserves and fill her last years with love, comfort and joy. She will be the most loyal friend in the world! Bobica is a little careful at first when you meet her, but she soon warms up and is very affectionate when she starts to relax – she has a lovely, sweet and friendly character. But she is not a lap dog and will need her space, at least until she really trusts. She gets along fine with other dogs but is a quiet girl – she mainly keeps to herself, and does not play with the other dogs in her kennel. Healthwise Bobicas condition is fairly good for her age and her Leishmaniosis appears to be well managed with medication. We don’t know if she has ever lived in a home, so she might need house training, but she is a very clever girl and will soon catch up for lost time. The ideal home for Bobica is a calm household where the needs of an elderly dog will be met and where she can be together with her humans most of the time, because that is what a gsd wants the most. Bobica appears to have had a rough time so she will need space and understanding from the people around her. She will probably be happiest in semirural or rural surroundings, where she will be allowed to protect her home and give notice of arriving guests. Spayed, microchipped and fully vaccinated.
