Ravelin on tullut meihin koirankasvattajalta etsimään kotia. Kun hän tuli ensin, hän oli erittäin huolissaan ja herkkä kosketuksiin ja selvästi ei ollut tottunut käsittelemiseen. Sen jälkeen hän on alkanut ulostulla ja näyttänyt, että hän on erittäin sydämellinen tyttö. Ravelin has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. When she first arrived she was a very worried girl who was quite touch sensitive and clearly wasn't used to being handled. Since then she has started to come out of her shell and has shown that she's a very sweet girl. She has recently moved into a wonderful foster home where she is settling in well and learning all about home life for the first time. It's clear that she really wants to trust and even approached for treats straight away. She isn't yet comfortable being handled and will avoid being touched, but despite this is fairly confident around the home. She learned straight away where her food bowl would be placed and waits there while its prepared. Ravelin will be be best suited to a calm and quiet home with adopters who have experience of scared ex-breeding dogs and will let her settle in at her own pace. She finds comfort and security from other dogs, so she will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home to help her feel safe and to guide her as she begins to build her confidence. She truly adores the company of other dogs and gets on with all dogs; big or small. As she had never lived in a home before moving to foster, she will need kind and understanding adopters who will help her continue to settle in and learn new skills like house training. Raveline doesn't yet walk on a lead and harness and will need to practice in the garden as she builds confidence to venture further. Ravelin is simply waiting for someone to take a chance on her and provide the love, patience, and reassurance she deserves and with experienced adopters we feel that she will truly thrive. When she arrived she had an abscess on her shoulder, but this has since gone away. She also had some stiffness of her back legs on arrival, but this is already much improved, likely due to building up some muscle tone. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
