Ravelin chegou até nós de um criador para encontrar seu lar para sempre. Quando ela chegou, era uma menina muito preocupada que era bastante sensível ao toque e claramente não estava acostumada a ser manejada. Desde então, ela começou a sair do casulo e demonstrou que é uma menina muito doce. Ela pode ser um pouco tímida no início e pode fugir inicialmente, mas assim que você entra no canil, ela vem rapidamente cumprimentar, recebendo você com lambidas suaves nas mãos e uma cauda abanando. Ela ainda tem medo de ser manejada, mas estamos trabalhando com ela diariamente. Ela está fazendo o seu melhor para ser corajosa e acreditamos que sua verdadeira personalidade realmente florescerá quando ela se estabelecer em um lar amoroso. Ela procurará um lar tranquilo e silencioso com adotantes que a deixem se adaptar ao seu próprio ritmo. Ela encontra conforto e segurança nos seus amigos do canil, então ela precisará de pelo menos outro cão dócil e confiante no seu novo lar para ajudá-la a se sentir segura e guiá-la enquanto ela começa a construir sua confiança. Como ela nunca viveu em um lar antes, Ravelin precisará de adotantes gentis e apoiadores que possam ajudá-la a aprender os fundamentos, como treino em casa, e introduzi-la gradualmente às visões e sons da vida em casa. Ela também precisará aprender tudo sobre andar com coleira e guia e precisará praticar no jardim enquanto constrói confiança. Ela pode viver com adolescentes mais velhos que entendam a importância de lhe dar o espaço que ela precisa para crescer. Ravelin simplesmente espera por alguém para arriscar e oferecer o amor, paciência e reasseguro que ela merece. Ela chegou até nós com uma abscessa na parte de trás do ombro e rigidez nas pernas traseiras que estão sendo monitoradas. Este cão pode ser adotado com um cão residente.

Ravelin has come to us from a breeder to find her forever home. When she first arrived she was a very worried girl who was quite touch sensitive and clearly wasn't used to being handled. Since then she has started to come out of her shell and has shown that she's a very sweet girl. She can be a little shy at first and may run away initially, but once you’re in the kennel she soon comes over to say hello, greeting you with gentle hand licks and a waggy tail. She is still worried about handling, but we are working with her on this daily. She is trying her best to be brave and we feel her true personality will really blossom once she settles into a loving home. Ravelin is making good progress with those who she knows and is starting to trust, but she is still learning that other humans can be kind too and sometimes this process can take a little while. That being said Ravelin takes treats from anyone offering, the way to this girls heart is definitely through her stomach! She will be be best suited to a calm and quiet home with adopters who will let her settle in at her own pace. She finds comfort and security in her kennel friends, so she will need at least one other kind and confident resident dog in her new home to help her feel safe and to guide her as she begins to build her confidence. She truly adores the company of other dogs and gets on will all dogs; big or small. In the yard you see her cheeky personality shine through, wriggling around, sunbathing, chasing her friends around. As she has never lived in a home before, Ravelin will need gentle, supportive adopters who can help her learn the basics, such as house training, and gradually introduce her to the sights and sounds of home life. She could live with older dog-savvy teenagers who understand the importance of giving her the space she needs to grow. Raveline doesn't yet walk on a lead and harness and will need to practice in the garden as she builds confidence. She has started learning about harness training here, but we are taking this slowly at her pace. Ravelin is simply waiting for someone to take a chance on her and provide the love, patience, and reassurance she deserves. She has come to us with an abscess on the back of her shoulder and joint stiffness in her back legs that are being monitored. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
