Rencontrez Nick, un jeune Saluki sensible et doux de 6 ans. Lorsqu'il est arrivé pour la première fois, Nick était effrayé et méfiant envers les gens, mais dans sa famille d'accueil, il a lentement commencé à sortir de sa coquille, profitant des promenades, des collations et des câlinages avec ses humains préférés. Nick trouve encore la vie un peu étouffante, donc il aura besoin d'une famille calme, patiente et compréhensive pour l'aider à continuer à développer sa confiance. Il se sent rassuré par d'autres chiens et bénéficierait d'une vie avec un compagnon canin calme et confiant pour qu'il se sente en sécurité. Il s'habitue bien à l'éducation à la maison chez sa famille d'accueil, mais pourrait avoir besoin d'un soutien lorsqu'il s'installe dans un nouvel environnement. Certains bruits de maison peuvent encore être un peu inquiétants pour lui, mais il gagne progressivement en confiance chaque jour. Nick pourrait potentiellement vivre avec des enfants âgés de 14 ans ou plus qui respectent son caractère timide et qui seront heureux de lui laisser de l'espace quand c'est nécessaire. Avec le bon foyer et une guidance douce, ce gentil garçon s'épanouira pleinement. Meet Nick, a sensitive and sweet Saluki boy of 6 years. When he first arrived, Nick was scared and wary of people, but in his foster home he has slowly begun to come out of his shell, enjoying sniffs, snacks, and snuggles with his favourite humans. Nick is still finding life a little overwhelming, so he’ll need a calm, patient, and understanding family to help him continue building confidence. He gains reassurance from other dogs and would benefit from living with a calm, confident canine companion to help him feel secure. He is doing well with house training in his foster home, though he may need some support when settling into a new environment. Some household noises can still be a little worrying for him, but he is slowly growing in confidence every day. Nick could potentially live with children aged 14+ who are respectful of his shy nature and happy to give him space when needed. With the right home and gentle guidance, this sweet boy will truly flourish.
