Adopter Adopt Snowflake

Snowflake is a very special girl that has come on leaps and bounds thanks to the patience of her foster family. When Snowflake first arrived with us back in December, she was physically in poor condition, but also petrified of everyone and everything around her. After a short period of time she found solace in her canine foster pal Max and since then he has helped to bring her very gently out of her shell. Fast forward to now, and Snowflake has really started to find her confidence, whilst she is still very nervous in new places, with her foster family Snowflake’s personality is really starting to shine through. Snowflake still relies very heavily on her canine foster brother for confidence so it will be essential that Snowflake has another dog in her new home, she will curl up with Max and groom him so her new canine sibling will need to be enjoy close contact! Due to Snowflake’s nervous nature she is looking for a very calm and patient household where there are no children present, it is likely to take Snowflake some time to adjust to her new surroundings. She is unlikely to venture into the garden when first settling in as she can find outdoor spaces overwhelming so consideration must be given by her new adopters that she won’t toilet outside initially. Once she is ready to venture into the garden it will need to be fully secure with no little gaps for her to squeeze through. Once Snowflake feels more comfortable she has shown to have a playful streak, she has the most endearing little zoomies and has even started to play with toys in the last few weeks! Whilst Snowflake’s transition to a new home will be a big step for her, she is now ready for her next chapter after learning from her foster family the joy the world can bring and they have given her the foundations to help her flourish in her forever home.
