Harley cherche un foyer actif et compréhensif capable de continuer son éducation et sa socialisation. Il est très désireux d'interagir avec d'autres chiens, mais il est actuellement peu sociabilisé et peut avoir du mal à interpréter correctement leurs comportements, donc tout chien résidant dans le foyer devra être tolérant, joueur et en mesure de suivre son niveau élevé d'énergie. Harley pourrait potentiellement vivre avec des enfants plus âgés, adolescents, qui sont expérimentés avec les chiens jeunes dynamiques. Harley aura besoin de beaucoup d'exercice physique quotidien ainsi que de stimulations mentales pour l'aider à maturer en tant que compagnon complet. Bien qu'il s'habitue bien aux cages, les périodes d'absence à la maison devront être introduites progressivement pour l'aider à s'adapter confortablement. Harley prospérera avec des propriétaires engagés à le guider pendant ses mois de adolescence et à lui offrir la structure, la patience et le plaisir dont il a besoin. Harley est un croisé Foxhound de 5 mois, avec une personnalité aimante, énergique et un réel enthousiasme pour la vie. Il s'installe bien une fois détendu, mais adore s'impliquer pleinement dans toute activité autour de lui. Harley est très vigilant et observateur, souvent en train d'observer le monde autour de lui, des voitures garées aux chiens passant, et il aime renifler et explorer lors de promenades. Bien qu'il puisse tirer fortement vers les choses qui attirent son attention, il est un bon écouteur et répond bien lorsqu'il est redirigé. Harley adore les câlinages physiques, apprécie jouer avec ses jouets et est extrêmement sympathique avec les nouvelles personnes. En liberté, son excitation peut parfois le dépasser et il peut devenir un peu bondissant et surexcité, mais son naturel joueur et affectueux ressort.

Harley is looking for an active and understanding home that can continue his training and socialisation. He is very keen to interact with other dogs but is currently under-socialised and can struggle to read their behaviours appropriately, so any resident dog would need to be tolerant, playful, and able to match his high energy levels. He could potentially live with older secondary school-aged children who are experienced around lively young dogs. Harley will need plenty of daily physical exercise alongside mental stimulation to help him mature into a well-rounded companion. While he settles well in kennels, any leaving times in the home should be introduced gradually to help him adjust comfortably. Harley would thrive with owners committed to guiding him through his teenage months and giving him the structure, patience, and fun he needs. Harley is a 5-month-old Foxhound cross with a loving, energetic personality and a real zest for life. He settles nicely once relaxed but thoroughly enjoys engaging with people and being involved in everything going on around him. Harley is very vigilant and observant, often watching the world around him closely, from parked cars to passing dogs, and he loves to sniff and explore when out on walks. Although he can pull strongly towards things that catch his attention, he is a good listener and responds well when redirected. Harley adores a hands-on fuss, enjoys playing with his toys, and is incredibly friendly with new people. Off lead, his excitement can sometimes get the better of him and he can become a little bouncy and over-stimulated, but his playful and affectionate nature shines through.
