Mise à jour 14.7.2025 : Jerry. Qu'est-ce que l'on peut dire de Jerry ? Il est l'un des pères fondateurs du projet Souda Shelter. Il est là depuis le début de notre présence. Il est anti-social avec les humains. Il n'aime pas qu'on le touche du tout. Il a peur de nous. De tout le monde. Ou du moins, c'est ce que nous pensions. Hier, il a eu son contrôle annuel chez le vétérinaires et le médecin a noté qu'il souffrait de séborrhée et a recommandé qu'on le lave avec un shampoing pour la dermatite séborrhéique. Comment diable allions-nous faire cela ? Jerry ? Contact ? Et pourtant, mon équipe fantastique l'a fait. Et il a aimé ça de tout son cœur ! Jerry est au refuge depuis dix ans. Les gens le rejettent immédiatement car il aboie et est timide. Eh bien voilà l'autre côté de Jerry. Regardez l'expression de plaisir sur son visage. Il n'a jamais reçu ce genre de traitement, nous pensions qu'il le détesterait. Tout le contraire. L'expression sur son visage me fait pleurer. Plus de soins de spa pour Jerry ! Nous t'aimons et espérons que quelqu'un lira ce message et t'aimera de la même façon (peut-être même plus). Ne laissez pas sa vie se résumer à un temps passé dans un refuge. Donnez cette vieille bête une chance et montrez-lui quelque chose de nouveau, de sécurisant et merveilleux... un foyer Mise à jour 14.12.2022 : Jerry, un croisé labrador élégant né en avril 2013. Ce gentil garçon est un âme douce qui s'entend bien avec les autres animaux, mais il est très prudent et craintif envers les personnes. Il peut s'approcher pour un biscuit, mais il n'est pas encore à l'aise lorsqu'on le touche. Jerry a besoin d'un foyer spécial avec un gestionnaire expérimenté qui puisse comprendre sa peur et l'aider à construire de la confiance et de la sécurité. Il a besoin de quelqu'un qui soit patient et prêt à prendre le temps nécessaire pour l'aider à surmonter ses peurs, et qui puisse lui offrir un environnement sûr et confortable où il pourra prospérer. Avec la bonne orientation, Jerry a le potentiel de devenir un compagnon tendre et fidèle. Si vous êtes un gestionnaire expérimenté qui cherche un compagnon spécial à partager avec vous, Jerry pourrait être le parfait partenaire pour vous. Not much is known about his past, but Jerry is extremely cautious around people. Describtion/Updates/Pictures: Update July 2025: What to say about Jerry? He is one of the founding fathers of the Souda Shelter Project. He’s been there since the beginning of our time. He is anti social with humans. He does not like to be touched at all. He is terrified of us. Everyone. Or at least we thought. Yesterday he had his annual checkup at the vet and the doctor noted that he had seborrhea and recommended that we bathe him with a shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis. How the heck would we do that?! Jerry?! Contact?! And yet, the team did. Jerry has been at the shelter for ten years plus. People immediately dismiss him because he barks and is timid. Well this is the other side of Jerry. He has NEVER gotten this kind of treatment ever, we thought he would hate it. Far from it. To more spa treatments Jerry! We love you and hope someone will see this post and love you the same♥️ (maybe even more). Please don’t let his life amount to time in a shelter. Give this old boy a chance and show him something new, secure and wonderful…a home Update December 2021: This sweet boy is a gentle soul who gets along well with other animals, but he is quite cautious and fearful around people. He may approach them for a treat, but he is not yet comfortable with being touched. Jerry is in need of a special home with an experienced handler who can understand his fear and help him build trust and confidence. He needs someone who is patient and willing to take the time to help him overcome his fears, and who can provide him with a safe and comfortable environment where he can thrive. With the right guidance, Jerry has the potential to become a loving and loyal companion.
