The busy, noisy environment in Dublin’s shelter was stressful for him, so Cooper came to Roscommon Dog Shelter at the beginning of March — where life is calmer and he’s thriving again. Cooper is house‑trained, lead‑trained, and eager to learn . He has excellent manners and loves to please. He’s best suited as an only dog , as he prefers human company to canine friends.
