Douce petite Pixie est une jeune fille timide qui aura besoin d'adoptants qui avancent à son rythme, en la laissant choisir de venir se faire des amis quand elle sera à l'aise. Elle est un peu craintive des mains, et avec le temps et une construction de confiance, elle apprécie un petit câlin doux. Pixie n'a pas encore montré d'intérêt pour le jeu avec des jouets. Elle apprécie les bonnes, délicieuses friandises, elle aime les Sprats. Elle avance tranquillement en laisse et est heureuse de rencontrer et de saluer d'autres chiens. Conditions de vie : Pixie est une Bichon de trois ans très douce qui recherche un foyer aimant avec des adoptants patients. Elle pourrait potentiellement partager sa maison avec un chien calme et sûr de lui. Elle n'a aucune histoire avec les chats, les petits rongeurs ou le bétail. Pixie est arrivée chez nous en tant que chien errant, et maintenant elle est dans un foyer d'accueil où elle profite des confort d'une maison, nous pouvons ainsi recueillir des informations sur ce qu'elle est comme dans un environnement domestique et transmettre ces détails aux adoptants. Sweet little Pixie is a timid girl who will need adopters to go at her pace, letting her choose to come over and make friends when she is comfortable. She is a little hand-shy initially and in just a short amount of time in a foster home she has already grown in confidence. “She has wagged her tail practically non-stop since she arrived. She loves sitting on your lap and having cuddles.” (Her foster carers) Pixie is yet to show any interest in toy play, she enjoys doing zoomies in her garden as is quite speedy for a little dog. She enjoys fish flavoured food and treats, salmon, sprats and she is quite a fussy eater. She plods along gently on her lead and is happy to meet and greet and walk with other dogs, small or large. Pixie is not into long hikes or day treks; she prefers a couple of shorter walks a day. Pixie is a sweet three-year-old Bichon looking for a loving home with patient adopters. She could share her home with secondary school aged children. She has been doing great with living with a dog in her foster home and could potentially share her home with a calm, confident dog. She has no history with cats, small furries, or livestock. Pixie arrived in our care as a stray, and now she is in a foster home enjoying home comforts and gaining more confidence every day. Once comfortable with someone she does not mind having her hair brushed. She has been doing well practicing her housetraining and is happy to travel in the car.
