Ce jeune Mastín espagnol est un chien vraiment joyeux et de bonne humeur. Il est actif et joueur selon son âge, et se montre amical envers toutes les personnes sans montrer la moindre peur. Il marche déjà assez bien en laisse, connaît quelques ordres basiques et est un apprenti assidu. Bien sûr, il dispose d'une grande force et il faut être ferme lorsque ce grand chien voit quelque chose d'intéressant. Il adore l'attention des humains et veut toujours être gâté ! La race du Mastín espagnol, avec sa voix profonde et graveleuse, est très confiante et sait qu'elle impressionne et commande le respect de beaucoup de personnes et d'animaux. Bien qu'il ait un fort instinct de protection envers les étrangers et qu'il soit donc un excellent chien de garde, il n'attaquerait jamais sans raison. Bien que les Mastins espagnols veuillent protéger leur famille et seraient prêts à la défendre jusqu'au bout, grâce à leur intelligence, ils sont capables d'évaluer quand il est nécessaire d'agir et quand ce n'est pas le cas.
