Tinkiwinki est un Podenco Maneto de forme allongée, qui est arrivé au refuge avec Tipsi, Thorpy & Eclaire (adoptée), abandonné par un chasseur local. Tinkiwinki a une nature sociale très agréable et il adore être inclus dans tout ce que vous faites - marcher, manger, se reposer sur le canapé, rendre visite à des amis, Tinkiwinki veut toujours être à vos côtés ! Lorsque c'est le temps de courir dans le parc avec ses amis chiens, il fait quelques tours et puis revient vous chercher, et il revient directement vers vous lorsque vous l'appelez, il se connecte très rapidement avec les humains. Tinkiwinki aime aussi s'installer sur vos genoux et être câliné. Il est assez bruyant lorsqu'il est excité, ou lorsqu'il veut de l'attention, donc il serait probablement plus adapté de ne pas vivre en appartement, dans un complexe résidentiel bruyant avec des voisins sensibles au bruit. Il est motivé par la nourriture et est donc assez facile à éduquer. Tinkiwinki est un jeune garçon énergique, donc lorsqu'il devient joueur et excité, il peut devenir un peu sautillant, mais il est très facile de lui fixer des limites, et il devient silencieux lorsqu'il comprend qu'il a été trop exubérant. Avec tant d'amour à offrir, Tinkiwinki aimerait une famille avec beaucoup de personnes, et les enfants plus âgés seraient également adaptés pour grandir avec lui. Nous ne placerions pas Tinkiwinki avec des tout petits enfants, car même s'il est bas en hauteur, il est vraiment long, et pourrait passer sur des tout petits enfants qui ramperaient sur le sol. Même si Tipsi et Tinkiwinki aiment être ensemble, ils sont disponibles pour adoption séparément et seront certainement heureux dans leur nouveau foyer avec de nouveaux amis, car ils ont simplement une nature joyeuse. Tipsi et Tinkiwinki sont assez forts en laisse, même s'ils sont petits, cependant cela est principalement dû au fait qu'ils n'ont pas encore appris à marcher bien en laisse, et en même temps, étant jeunes podencos, une promenade par semaine entraîne tellement d'énergie accumulée qu'une fois qu'ils sortent enfin de leurs cages, ils veulent vraiment explorer le monde. Nous sommes certains que leurs compétences en promenade en laisse s'amélioreront rapidement une fois qu'ils auront des promenades régulières. Il est fort probable qu'ils n'aient jamais été en milieu urbain auparavant, donc pour l'instant nous recherchons un foyer proche de la nature pour Tinkiwinki, idéalement avec d'autres chiens, mais il pourrait potentiellement aussi être un seul chien d'un foyer, si un contact régulier avec d'autres chiens est fourni. Tinkiwinki a passé la journée avec un bénévole, et le retour est qu'il est un gentil garçon qui aime être en pleine nature, marcher ensemble et donner des câlins. La randonnée est son activité favorite, et il s'adapte très rapidement à la voiture, car la voiture l'emmène vers des aventures ! Tinkiwinki est respectueux des gens et des chiens qu'il rencontre et ne dérange personne. Il cherche certainement une personne/famille qui aime faire des promenades en pleine nature et s'engager dans un type de formation/jeux olfactifs/obéissance avec lui, pour diriger son énergie d'une manière positive. Sa hauteur au garrot est de 44 cm.

Tinkiwinki is a long sausage-shaped Podenco Maneto, who arrived to the shelter together with Tipsi, Thorpy & Eclaire (adopted), being abandoned by a local hunter. Tinkiwinki has a wonderful social nature and he loves to be included in everything you are doing - walking, eating, lounging on the sofa, visiting friends, Tinkiwinki always wants to be by your side! When it's time to run in the park with his dog friends, he makes a few rounds and then comes looking for you again, and also comes directly back to you when you call for him, he connects very quickly with humans. Tinkiwinki also loves to sit on your lap and be cuddled. He is quite vocal when he gets excited, or when he wants attention, so probably would be best if he is not living in an apartment, in a busy house-complex with noise-sensitive neighbours. He is food-motivated and therefore quite easy to teach. Tinkiwinki is a young energetic boy, so when he gets playful and excited, he can get a bit jumpy, but it is very easy to set boundaries to him, and he gets quiet when he understands that he has been too much. With so much love to give, Tinkiwinki would love a family with many people, and also older children would be suitable for him to grow old together. We would not place Tinkiwinki with very small children, as even though he is low in height, he is really long, and could run over very small children crawling on the floor. Even though Tipsi & Tinkiwinki love to be together, they are available for adoption separately and will surely be happy also in their new homes with new friends, as they just have happy natures. Both Tipsi & Tinkiwinki are quite strong on the leash, even though they are small, however that is mostly because they have not been taught to walk well on the leash, and at the same time, being young podencos, one walk a week is resulting in so much bottled up energy, so that once they do get out of their kennels finally, they really want to go and explore the world. We are sure their leash walking skills will rapidly improve once they get on regular walks. It is quite likely that they have not been in a city environment before, so for the moment we are looking for a home close to the nature for Tinkiwinki, preferably with other dog/dogs, but he potentially could also be an only dog of a home, if regular dog contact is provided. Tinkiwinki has been out for the day with a volunteer, and the feedback is that he is such a sweet boy, who loves being in the nature, walking together and giving hugs. Hiking is his favourite activity, and he adapts very quickly to the car, because the car takes him to adventures! Tinkiwinki is respectful to the people and dogs he meets his way and doesn't trouble others. He is definitely looking for a person/family who likes to go out for nature walks and engage in some form of dog training/nosework/obedience with him, to direct his energy in a positive way. His shoulder height is 44cm.
