Walker est un magnifique Lurcher de 3 ans qui adore les attentions et apprécie les interactions avec les personnes, montrant rapidement sa tendre côté une fois qu'il se sent en sécurité. Bien que Walker ait été en contact avec d'autres chiens, il peut parfois être hésitant, donc il aura besoin d'être le seul chien dans sa maison pour l'instant, avec beaucoup d'occasions de socialiser une fois qu'il sera installé. Walker a montré qu'il a des difficultés lorsqu'il est seul, donc il aura besoin d'un foyer patient capable de construire progressivement sa confiance lorsqu'il est seul et de l'aider à se sentir en sécurité dans son environnement. Il peut aussi trouver les endroits bruyants envahissants parfois, donc un foyer calme et compréhensif lui conviendra le mieux. C'est un jeune homme enthousiaste qui peut sauter lorsqu'il est excité, donc il sera le mieux adapté à un foyer avec des enfants âgés de 10 ans et plus qui sont confiants avec des chiens plus énergiques. Comme Walker est arrivé sans historique de foyer, il aura besoin d'aide pour les bases, y compris l'entraînement aux toilettes, mais il ADORE ses friandises qui l'aideront pendant l'entraînement !

Walker is a stunning 3-year-old Lurcher who adores a fuss and enjoys attention from people, quickly showing his affectionate side once he feels comfortable. Whilst Walker has mixed with other dogs, he can be unsure at times, so he will need to be the only dog in his home for now with plenty of opportunities to socialise once he's settled. Walker has shown that he can struggle when left alone, so he will need a patient home that can gradually build up his confidence with being alone and help him feel secure in his environment. He can also find busy surroundings overwhelming at times, so a calm and understanding home will suit him best. He is an excitable boy who may jump up when excited, so he would be best suited to a home with children aged 10+ who are confident around more bouncy dogs. As Walker has come into is with no home history he will need help with his basics, including housetraining, but he LOVES his treats which will help with any training!
