Arturo was found in the municipal euthanasia station in Moinesti. Trembling, he stood in his enclosure. A sad dog, unaware of what was happening to him, full of fear. He is now housed as a boarding dog at Ringo Land animal shelter and, as with all our other rescued dogs at Ringo Land, we are covering all costs. Arturo was taken to the veterinarian immediately after being removed from the euthanasia station, who removed his ear tag and examined him.
