The shelter volunteers picked up Snow White with the intention of spaying her. But they didn't get around to it—soon after, the little girl contracted plague. A very severe form of pneumonic plague utterly debilitated the tiny dog. She underwent an extremely challenging treatment, and later complications arose in her eyes; the dog was practically blinded, and for nearly two months, the shelter staff fought tirelessly to save her sight. Fortunately, they succeeded! Today, Snow White is a completely healthy dog—vaccinated and spayed. She’s still a bit timid, but that will pass. This sweet girl desperately needs to know that there’s someone in this world who cares about her, someone who, even from afar, will take good care of her!

Волонтери притулку підібрали Білосніжку з метою стерилізації. Але не встигли - дівчинка захворіла на чумку. Дуже складна форма легеневої чуми просто підкосила маленьку. Вона пройшла через дуже складне лікування, потім виявилось ускладнення на очі, собака практично осліпла, за її зір боролися майже 2 місяці. На щастя, у працівників притулку вийшло! Зараз Білосніжка абсолютно здорова собака, щеплена і стерилізована. Трохи боязка, але це мине. Дівчинці дуже протрібно знати, що є в світі людина, якій вона потрібна, яка, хоча б на відстані, піклуватиметься про неї!
