We’ll never understand why some people have animals if they don’t love them or take proper care of them—they just leave them a space where they won’t get in the way. This little dog has spent his entire life chained up, with a cardboard box serving as his only shelter. Despite this miserable existence, his temperament hasn’t been affected at all; he’s very cheerful and friendly. He’s no longer a young pup, but he still exhibits puppy-like behaviors.
