Our lovely lady dog, Buffi—whose name is as funny as she is—is actually a rescue dog and is now looking for a new home with animal-loving people. She’s about 10 months old and stands roughly 35 cm tall at the shoulder, making her a rather small dog. Buffi is sweet, affectionate, extremely playful, and quite energetic. Right now, she’s in the young-dog phase and definitely needs a bit more training, because sometimes she behaves like a little bouncy ball! She’s certainly not the type of dog who’d be happy staying indoors all day—she loves going for walks and romping around in large outdoor areas with her canine pals, where she likes to take the lead among other dogs. Since Buffi sometimes still tries to nibble like a puppy during playtime, there shouldn’t be any small children (though teenagers aged 12 and older are fine) living in the household. With a little training, those little quirks can be easily corrected, which is why Buffi is looking for a home with experienced dog owners who’d like to help shape this raw diamond—and maybe even attend dog school together with her. She’s very popular with our walking companions, as she walks nicely on the leash. We’re looking for a home in a house with a garden, where Buffi can also run around off-leash from time to time. At first, she had trouble being left alone, but we’ve been working intensively on that, and now at the shelter, she can stay alone for 2–3 hours without any issues. So you’ll need to plan some time and patience at the beginning. Who’d like to give this beautiful lady dog a loving home?

Unsere hübsche Hundelady mit dem lustigen Namen Buffi ist eigentlich ein Fundhund und sucht nun ein neues Zuhause bei tierlieben Menschen. Sie ist ca. 10 Monate alt und hat eine Schulterhöhe von ca. 35 cm, ist also ein eher kleiner Hund. Buffi ist lieb, anhänglich, sehr verspielt und sehr stürmisch. Im Moment befindet sie sich in der Junghundphase und benötigt unbedingt noch ein wenig Erziehung, denn manchmal benimmt sie sich wie ein kleiner Flummi. Ein Hund für Stubenhocker ist sie definitiv nicht, denn sie liebt es Gassi zu gehen und im großen Auslauf mit ihren Hundekumpels zu toben, wobei sie unter anderen Hunden gern den Ton angibt. Da Buffi im Spiel manchmal noch versucht wie ein Welpe zu knappern, sollten keine kleinen Kindern (ab 12 Jahre ist in Ordnung) im Haushalt vorhanden sein. Mit ein wenig Erziehung bekommt man die "kleinen Macken" gut abtrainiert, deshalb sucht Buffi ein Zuhause bei Leuten mit Hundeerfahrung, die diesen Rohdiamanten formen möchten und vielleicht auch mit ihr noch die Hundeschule besuchen. Bei unseren Gassigehern ist sie sehr beliebt, da sie gut an der Leine geht. Gesucht wird ein Zuhause in Haus mit Garten, wo Buffi auch einmal ohne Leine toben kann. Anfangs konnte sie schlecht allein bleiben, daran wurde intensiv gearbeitet und im Tierheim klappt dies nun schon für 2-3 Stunden sehr gut. Man sollte also am Anfang Zeit und Geduld einplanen. Wer möchte dieser wunderschönen Hündin ein Zuhause schenken?
