Chief est un Lurcher charmant qui aime se déplacer rapidement et explorer à Battersea Old Windsor. Comme Chief a besoin de s'étirer, il bénéficierait grandement de moments sans laisse dans des champs privés et sécurisés, où il pourrait dépenser son énergie en toute sécurité et avec plaisir. Chief peut parfois être un peu mal à l'aise avec les autres chiens, il recherche donc un foyer où il serait le seul chien, lui permettant de se détendre pleinement et de recevoir toute l'attention qu'il mérite.

Chief is a charming Lurcher who enjoys zooming and exploring at Battersea Old Windsor. As Chief loves to stretch his legs he would really benefit from off‑lead time in private, secure fields, where he can burn off energy safely and happily. Chief can sometimes be a little uncomfortable around other dogs so he’s looking for a home where he can be the only dog, allowing him to relax fully and have all the attention to himself. He can sometimes find face to face introductions worrying so he will prefer to walk in quieter areas. When Chief first arrived, he was worried around people, but he’s made fantastic progress and has grown in confidence with patience. He just needs a little time to get to know new people, and once he does his true character begins to shine through. Chief is spending some time in a temporary foster home and his foster carers have said he loves lying on the garden sofa watching the world go by. He also gets short zoomies once or twice a day and chases after tennis balls! Chief would suit an understanding home that can continue building on his confidence, respect his need for space from other dogs, and enjoy his playful bursts of energy.
